Inspired by research on the evolving office, it reimagines the workplace as a campus of distinct neighborhoods: quiet nooks for focus, open zones for collaboration, and everything in between. Idyllwild encourages employees to pick the perfect spot for their task or mood. More than just textiles, it’s a foundation for adaptable, inspiring spaces that support autonomy, comfort, and community. As the office shifts from obligation to experience, The Idyllwild Collection helps businesses create environments people genuinely enjoy.
A Love Letter to
San Diego
Redefining the workplace begins with the concept of “Destination,” where design plays a crucial role in creating a space that truly resonates. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about crafting an environment that connects with its occupants. Each pattern in the Idyllwild Collection reflects a distinct mood and setting, drawn from places of personal significance to our designer, Ellie Moser. This project became a tribute to San Diego’s landscapes, capturing the serenity of coastal retreats, the energy of vibrant urban centers, and the warmth of sunlit canyons. Through texture and color, the collection infuses the spirit of these beloved locations into the workplace.
Del Mar
For a place to pause and mingle
Del Mar is a bold, kaleidoscopic pattern of banded diamonds inspired by the vibrant energy of its seaside namesake in northern San Diego. Drawing from racing silks, nautical flags, and beachside charm, it delivers high-contrast colorways designed to anchor any space with personality. Woven from a refined blend of cotton, nylon, and polyester, each repeat features 25 distinct colors for standout performance and visual impact.
Idyllwild
For spaces that balance focus & connection
A vibrant, hand-drawn floral inspired by the wildflower superblooms of its namesake mountain village near San Diego, Idyllwild blends real and imagined blossoms to evoke joy and abundance—with an edge, thanks to the hidden thorns among the petals. Woven from ultra-fine recycled polyester yarns, Idyllwild offers durability, cleanability, and a range of colorways that bring everything from serenity to drama to commercial interiors.
Ramona
For a home base that energizes
Interlocking shapes form a rhythmic, magnified weave structure that invites the eye—and the brain—to engage. Inspired by the lively foothill town of Ramona, this pattern captures the spirit of movement and creativity through its dynamic geometry. A blend of chunky wool and glossy polyester adds depth and texture, with seven bold colorways that shift in character from every angle while delivering outstanding performance.
Soledad
For a calm, unobtrusive retreat
Soledad is a lush velvet pattern featuring layered linework that invites reflection and focus. Its deep cotton-polyester pile offers rich texture and absorbs light to create stunningly pure, matte color. Inspired by the tranquil beauty of Mt. Soledad in La Jolla, the pattern’s nine colorways range from serene neutrals to vivid brights, each evoking a distinct emotional tone.
Julian
For a quiet space to collaborate
Julian is a richly textured modern tweed that balances bold dimension with cozy softness. Crafted with custom overspun cotton yarns that create loops, slubs, and depth, it’s accented by colorful acrylic and polyester fibers for added character. Named after a charming mountain town in California, Julian comes in ten versatile colorways and pairs beautifully with the entire Idyllwild Collection.
