Warranty

Momentum Textiles, LLC warrants the purchaser that for a period of four years after delivery, our Pindrop Rigid Acoustic material, pattern Cross The Line Pnl will perform in accordance with generally accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions. In the unlikely event that one of our products does not perform to commercial standards, when specified for the purpose intended, properly installed, used in a "single-shift" environment and maintained under normal conditions using appropriate cleaning agents and methods, Momentum Textiles, LLC will replace said products free of charge, but will not be responsible for any labor costs.

This limited warranty does not cover and expressly excludes any claim, damage, loss or expense arising out of or relating to: A) accident or vandalism, B) abuse, misuse or unapproved use of the product, C) installation contrary to the instructions and good installation practices D) mold or mildew E) abnormal conditions of use F) improper maintenance G) design, installation or construction deficiencies of any kind or nature or H) additional finishes applied to Momentum products after purchase.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given by Momentum with respect to the above-mentioned product. All other representations and warranties, express or implied, are expressly disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or claims to arise from course of dealing or usage in trade practice. In no event will Momentum be liable for indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, warranty or otherwise. This exclusive warranty shall supersede and control any other representations and warranties with respect to this product.
