FRATTINI STRIPE represents a harmonious conversation of hues and rhythms, breaking boundaries with an expansive repeat and playful contrasts of positive and negative space. To achieve FRATTINI STRIPE, we pushed the limits of jacquard weaving, bending the rules to maintain performance while embracing a bold, playful spirit. Emanuela worked with up to 13 individual yarn colors per colorway, creating variations that allow her to capture the exact hues she envisions.
EMANUELA FRATTINI MAGNUSSON is a visionary designer whose work blends randomness with repetition. Fascinated by patterns, she manipulates scale and repetition in geometric, abstract forms like stripes, grids, dots, and lines.
